Enrolling in Benefits

Benefits coverage for full time employees begins on the date of hire, and you have 30 days to elect your benefits or make changes after a Qualified Life Event. Notify Human Resources within 30 days if you have a qualifying life event.

How to Enroll

  1. Username: Your default Username is the first initial of your first name + your last name. (For example, Bob Jones would log on as bjones) 
  2. Password: The default password is the last four digits of your Social Security Number. If you have used BeneTrac previously, your password will be the same one you selected during your last log in
  3. Update your personal information and add your dependents.
  4. Complete the enrollment for each – Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, and AD&D.

Making Changes After Open Enrollment

After Open Enrollment, you cannot make changes to your benefits during the year unless you have a Qualified Life Event.

Common Qualified Life Events Include

  • Marriage
  • Welcoming a new child
  • Loss of coverage
  • Leave of absence
  • Loss or change in employment
