Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP)

The ESPP is an opportunity for employees to purchase Nektar common stock at a discounted rate of at least 15% through payroll deductions. All full-time employees with a hire date of one (1) month prior to the start of the Offering period are eligible to participate. The Offering period will start on June 1 and December 1 of every year. You can purchase a maximum of 500 shares each Offering period.

Equity Grants

If your offer letter indicated an equity grant (restricted stock units (RSUs) or stock options), the grant must first be approved by at least two members of the Equity Grant Sub-committee. Grants are approved on the 20th of each month (or next business day, if the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday); thus, your equity will be granted & begin vesting on or around the 20th of the month following your start date. Please refer to your offer letter for the specific vesting terms of your grant.
