Time Off
Paid Time Off Policies
There is no perfect, one-size-fits-all balance between work and home. We provide time off so you can take time to relax, recover from illness, take care of personal and family business, or whatever else you need. PTO combines vacation, sick, and personal days, allowing flexibility to meet personal and family needs.
All full-time, benefit-eligible employees get a paid holiday for all federal holidays. Additional holidays may be designated at the company’s discretion.
Accrual
Full-time employees accrue 20 days of PTO per year from their first day, increasing to 23 days after 4 years, and 25 days after 9 years. Part-time employees accrue PTO on a prorated basis. Employees continue accruing PTO while using it but not during leaves of absence unless PTO is applied. Maximum accrual limits are:
- 280 hours for 0-4 years of service
- 322 hours for 5-9 years of service
- 350 hours for 10+ years
Once the maximum is reached, accrual stops and resumes when the PTO balance falls below the limit.
